When subscribing to a podcast on the website at /podcast/<id>/subscribe, the
user choses the device from a combobox. This could be changed to a list, so
that the user can select multiple devices at once.
This change requires that the website displays a list, and that the backend
view can handle subscription actions for multiple devices.
