I'd propose the following column layout for the toplist page.
* Rank (labeled #) which contains the current rank of the podcast
* Change (unlabeled) which contains the change to last week, which could be
- +x if the podcast got a better positions this week (eg from 10 last week to
5 now)
- nothing (empty) if the position stayed the same
- -x if the podcast got a worse position this week (eg from 5 last week to 10
now)
Id also suggest to use some unobtrusive background image for the first two
cases, like a green/red triagnle pointing up/down respectively. In any case,
I'd place this image behind the change-number
* Podcast (no changes)
* Subscribers (no changes)
