In efcc0ee I've included additional fields in the Podcast and Episode models,
based on the iTunes extension for Podcast feeds:
* Podcast.author containing a string identifying the Podcast authors names
* Episode.author containing a string identifying the authors of the specific
episode
* Episode.filesize containing the size of the linked file in Bytes
* Episode.duration containing the duration of the episode in seconds
Please parse the corresponding data in the feed downloader and store it
together with the existing data.
