Currently episodes in the podcast view are in the wrong order.
Example http://my.gpodder.org/podcast/11094
This is probably caused by sorting the episodes in mygpo.web.views.episode_list
and then adding them to a dictionary. As the order of items in a dictionary
isn't guaranteed, the original order is lost.
