--- Comment #10 from Marco Villegas <[email protected]> 2010-02-04 18:03:37 GMT --- Great! Formally, the requirements are http://drupal.org/requirements I usually run drupal on top of LAMP. About hosting, I was thinking in running it on the same server, but now taking a look to the BerliOS service it seems like the let you serve only static html(not sure until now, but you can confirm me). I mean, if it's not possible to use BerilOS, I could host the main site without problems until December, because I have the hosting payed until that time :-), I suppose I'm going to renovate it.. just to tell you the completely sure time it could be running ;-) > Of course, we might also need to change the way the language selector is > displayed. Maybe mini-flags in the upper right corner, below the "dark grey" > menu bar? Sure, IIRC there is a simple way to do that > I also wonder (this is just a bonus, not necessary for a first deployment) if > we can make the downloads page more dynamic. Yep, sure, we only have to write a little module for drupal :-) > I'm currently working on the new release, but after that, I'd be happy to work > with you on getting the new website going.
