If an untitled episode is listed in the history, the podcast title is used
istead of the episode title.
Because the podcast title is given in braces anyway, this results in strange
texts like
(Linux Outlaws) (Linux Outlaws)
(FM4 Soundpark) (FM4 Soundpark)
As on the rest of the site "Unnamed Episode" should be used as the episode
title if its name is currently unknown.
