Some (all) podcasts with feedburner URLs are also accessible as
http://feedproxy.google.com/podcastname which seems to be the correct URL if
the podcast management has been moved from Feedburner to Google [1]. The
feedburner URLs will continue to work for migrated Podcasts.
We should check if we need a sanitizing rule for this.
