This would be consistent with the right-click menu in the episode list for an
undownloaded episode. Having the 'Play' button clickable is unnecessary and at
worst it might mislead someone into thinking it would play the audio by
streaming or by downloading and then playing.
This feature request is for gPodder 2.3. The version list has not been updated
yet.
