Unfortunately my iPod 4G is dead (I will fix it) and my Mum is using the iPod 5.5G so I cannot test in on those devices, I would think if it worked on the iPhone we should be good to go. I am also not sure what the Master Playlist is so I cannot verify what this patch does, all I can say is that the sync worked and the podcasts showed up where they usually do!
