Yes, you have to install GTK+, PyGTK and some other modules manually, see the
"Preparations" section on this wiki page:

http://wiki.gpodder.org/wiki/Packaging/Windows

for a list of required modules. Please keep me posted here if it complains
about missing libraries, etc..
