git patch (may depend on another one that I'll submit in a minute)
After a bit of testing on a newer OS (10.6.2) and with gtk on x11,
it appears that the DISPLAY variable is automatically set starting from 10.5,
allowing for on-demand startup of X11.
As a consequence I removed the lines to set the DISPLAY in Info.plist and added
a specific file to support 10.4.
