This started, I think, with 2.4 of gPodder. When gPodder finds new podcasts to
download, I get errors like this:
Downloads failed

Security Now 244: Your Questions, Steve's Answer... Error: (-2, 'Name or

TV's 'The Wire' Gets New Life In College Classro... Error: (-2, 'Name or

If I go to the Downloads tab, highlight all the episodes and right-click ->
Download, about half of them download successfully. Then I select the
remainder with errors and repeat the process until they all download.

I searched and the only relevant gpodder bug I could find was this one from
