That doesn't fix my issue: if I want to save the podcasts after having
downloaded them (for later listening), I'll have to download them again. 
That's a waste of internet(s)*.

Also, I want to be able to do this:

1. tell gpodder to download two files
2. play back file A (while downloading both)
3. when done playing A and not done downloading B, listen to B.  It has a
*very* large amount of data buffered, so it almost certainly won't stall.
(unlike if I started downloading at the same time as I started playing.)
