Hit Ctrl-K to remove old episodes, click "Select None" -- the Delete button is
disabled appropriately.
Select an episode from the list by clicking with the mouse, but *without*
clicking near the checkbox. The episode should be highlighted but the checkbox
still clear.
Hit the spacebar -- the episode's checkbox should now be checked. However,
the "Delete" button is still disabled. It should be enabled when any episode
is selected.
