Create an additional "OPML" view of an user's subscriptions, just like the
current public subscriptions. The URL should be "public" if the user choses to
do so, or "private" (link wish hash key in it) in the other case. We can re-use
the existing web page subscriptions system for this, just add an OPML view.
The OPML URL should be linked from the website, so that it's easy for the user
to get it (preferably in the "Sharing" page).
