On Windows (at least) an episode from podcasts marked as "prohibit deletion"
are not "marked as played" when synced to player. This means that when they are
removed from the player, they are synced again and have to be manually marked
as played to prevent this from happening. This seems to be an overreaction to a
previous error when episodes in protected podcasts were deleted on sync.
