When attempting to subscribe to a new podcast from the command line using:
gpodder -s FEED-URL
gPodder opens a window offering to subscribe to a new podcast feed, but
initializes the URL field with whatever is in the system's clipboard / mouse
selection, rather than with the FEED-URL given on the command line.
This makes it impossible to register “gpodder -s” as the podcast-subscription
handler in a browser such as Firefox.
