Under windows gPodder fails to load any tray icon file, since it attempts to
load (all paths are relative to gPodder dir) "data/gpodder.svg". But when i
copied gpodder.svg from "share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps" to  "data" i got
new error "Unable to determine file format <path to gpodder.svg file>". 

Suggested fix: rename icon file from gpodder.svg to gpodder.png (the latter
already lays in "data" dir).
