Many podcast feeds, most notably many (all) Feedburner feeds, contain only a
short blurb in each episode's <description> field, but contain full show-note
information in the <content:encoded> field.
Here's an example:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/inquietudes
I suggest to show the information from <content:encoded> in the episode details
dialog when present.
