The main reason I find myself wanting to sort by Status is to find episodes that I haven't listened to yet. (For instance if I delay listening to an episode for a week or so, and as a result it gets buried on the list below a bunch of more recent episodes). So to support that usage, I'd suggest sorting them in the following order.
