Currently, all YouTube feeds have the same lame YouTube cover. In gPodder, we
special-case these feeds, and allow for the real YouTube cover to be displayed.
The relevant code is in src/gpodder/youtube.py in "get_real_cover", we should
probably copy this to the feed downloader code.
