Patch for using gtkhtml if webkit is unavailable
Some older platforms (e.g., openSUSE 11.1) do not appear to have Python's
webkit module available. In this case, gPodder should gracefully fall back to
its prior behavior of using gtkhtml for rendering shownotes.
Patch included (forward ported from an older gPodder release).
