The JSON Data for Podcasts is partly a little bit inconsistent.
Only the Simple API Call "Download Podcast Toplists" has the Information
"Subscribers last Week" in its Information.
It would be cool if this could also be added to the API Call "Retrieving
Podcast Data" to get this Information also for Podcast not in the Toplist
