When a podcast is in OGG Vorbis format, GPodder attempts to convert it in mp3
format even if the player supports the OGG format.
Problem: When it is unnecessary, it takes a long time for nothing. Also,
there is no visible information about the advent of this conversion.
Suggestion: I guess GPodder needs an option to specify if the device supports
the OGG format
Also, if an OGG conversion is effectively needed, there should be a clear
message about the fact that conversion is happening, wich will be longer.
