When I call the Add/remove subscriptions with the same Url in the List of
Podcasts to add and in the List of Podcasts to remove the gPodder Web API
returns:
"can not add and remove http://feedurl at the same time"
The expecected behaviour would be to just "ignore" the Request, as it is done
with adding Podcasts that the User is already subscribed to or removing
Podcasts that the User is not subscribed to
