If gpodder finds an existing file with the exact same name as a file which has
not yet been downloaded, treat it as though the file has been downloaded
(whether it is marked as new or not) and set the status to "downloaded but not
played" (until the user plays it, deletes it, or otherwise does something with
it). Reason: I shifted from another podcast application to gpodder and I moved
some directories which are full of already downloaded episodes. gpodder is
unable to recognize that these are downloaded files.
This may have to be a preference if some users wouldn't want this behavior.
