Previous behaviour:
a) when left clicking a podcast episode, gpodder would open up the episode
details in a new window and from there the play option could be selected to
listen to that podcast in the associated player application.
b) when right-clicking a podcast episode, gpodder a context/short-cut menu
would appear allowing a number of options.
Current behaviour:
c) when left-clicking a podcast episode, (b) above occurs.
d) when right-clicking a podcast episode, nothing happens.
Why change the mouse button behaviour so that it works back-to-front? It worked
perfectly fine before!
