It seems like it is not possible to subscribe to a local RSS file. I've tried
adding /path/to/my/file.rss and file:///path/to/my/file.rss via the "Add a new
podcast" dialog, but I get the following error:
Could not add some podcasts
Some podcasts could not be added to your list:
file:///path/to/my/file.rss: Unknown
