Hello, since Youtube changed something on the backend and I had to get the git
version of gpodder my video are now downloading in SD instead of HD. This is
the same symptoms as bug 1122.
My youtube_preferred_fmt_id is set to 22 but videos from youtube are
downloading in fmt=18 (I think)
To reproduce, add the following feed
http://www.youtube.com/user/thisweekinlinux all of which are available in HD
