gpodder.net should be able identify feeds that are published via a PubSubHubbub
[1] Hub and register itself as a Subscriber.
This would mean that gpodder.net would be notified about feed updates and
doesn't need to poll the feeds anymore.
Changes to feeds would be visible at the site immediatelly after they have been
made at the source and gpodder.net would need less resources for feed-parsing.
