Fails when using custom_copy_coverart

Gpodder has two ways of creating cover art: "custom_player_copy_coverart" and
"rockbox_copy_coverart". These fail in similar ways, although not with the
same file, generating cover-art of zero bytes.

I have tried various permutations (primarily with the JPEG and BMP formats
supported by RockBox) and the behaviour is consistent.

I have attached two files, one fails with "custom_player_copy_coverart" and the
other "rockbox_copy_coverart". As far as I can tell, there is nothing unusual
with these files.

They are covers I have manually added to the podcasts in question, but I see
the issue with other covers as well (e.g. "Hacker Public Radio" - OK with
"custom_player_copy_coverart", fails with "rockbox_copy_coverart").

I am afraid that, despite looking and checking the documentation, I cannot find
any sync-logs. I am more than happy to provide these if someone can tell me
where they are.
