rssboard.org advocates supporting a special XML message for redirecting RSS
feeds so that HTTP-level redirects are not required. The format of the message
is documented at http://www.rssboard.org/redirect-rss-feed. At the time of
writing, a real-world example is at http://www.dancarlin.com/cswdc.xml.
