Please add API support for clients to store bookmarks for OPML feed URLs. Each
entry should have a label and the URL to the OPML content. Use cases:
* It should be possible to retrieve all (label, url) pairs
* It should be possible to add a new (label, url) pair
* It should be possible to remove a (label, url) pair
Only the JSON format would be needed for this.
