I have a hook to produce a CMML file with the different parts of the Linux
Outlaws show
(https://github.com/elelay/Misc/blob/master/gpodder/linux_outlaws_cmml.py).
A hook invoked when a podcast episode is deleted would come handy to clean-up
this file afterwards.
