I'm able to do almost everything on Ubuntu without using a mouse. This does not
apply to the following actions in GPodder:
1) Download/stream episode
2) Episode details
Of course there is alt+E followed by arrow keys and enter, but this becomes
tedious after a couple episodes. Also, the "Episode details" window is not
navigable by the tab keys.
If there's a feasible keyboard-accessible way to do it, I'd love to see
"Episode details" as something that can be expanded/contracted (shown/hidden)
right underneath the episode title without opening another window.
