             Bug #: 1350
Summary: Partial downloads don't finish properly
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: gPodder
           Version: 2.15+ (Git "master" branch)
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: blocker
          Priority: low
         Component: Application
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]

Started with 2.15. Never been a problem before.

Whenever there is a download that has to be restarted, whether needed to
shutdown comp or connection problem, the resulting completed download isn't
what it should be.

For example, No Agenda podcast should be about 2.5 hours. With the same
episode attempting twice, I got lengths of 5.5 hours and 3.5 hours when trying
to listen to it, there were skips, breaks, blips, and other kinds of
distortion. Ultimately, my iPod either repeats (as per my settings) or goes to
the next file in the series.

No Agenda is not the only one this has happened, but almost all podcasts
downloaded since 2.15 was released.
