patch to restore "Also remove unplayed episodes" functionality on "tres"
The option "Also remove unplayed episodes" is broken on "tres". Apparently,
part of the code was accidentally removed as part of the changeset "Remove
portable device synchronization" (Dec 20, 2010,
8012c4f6bba78ba95898216a26b9c1d8455030d4).
The attached patch restores that code and the functionality.
