Upgraded installation from 2.7 to 2.15 (and subsequently 2.16) by extracting
the install kit zip into the existing directory. With the upgraded system
selecting a podcast episode does not activate any of the items in the
"Episodes" menu with the exception of "Episode details" - which appears to work
fine.
Further, right-click on an episode gives a menu with the Play/Download/Delete
items greyed out, (all others are available), and the only way to play an
episode is via the button in the "Episode details" dialog.
Reversing the upgrade (i.e. reverting back to 2.7) gives an install that
doesn't exhibit these problems.
