The episode updates in
/api/2/updates/<username>/<device>.json?since=<timestamp> should contain the
latest action and it's data.
For instance: when status == play the time info should be in the update.
This way the client can implement a pause on mobile, resume on desktop use case
using only device updates.
If the last actions is delete we don't care about the time anymore, episode is
supposedly played or uninteresting.
