When syncing with an iPod nano, occasionally the podcast list on the device is
empty after disconnecting. Upon re-syncing, the device contains multiple
entries for the same podcast. It appears that the list of podcasts does not
correctly recognise that the files have been copied and so re-copies the file
and adds a new entry in the list.
