At present, in order to change 'new' status for an episode, the episode in the
right hand pane (of the two pane podcasts-episodes panes) must be selected and
then right mouse clicked to toggle 'new' to 'old'. At least, that's how I know
how to toggle new to old.
Can a feature please be implemented to allow clicking on the 'new' icon (looks
like a star in my v2.18), to toggle 'new' to 'old', removing the star icon and
if the episode is the only new episode, returning the podcast entry to
non-bold, non-highlighted?
