Given a Soundcloud feed http://soundcloud.com/example, the title that appears
in the UI should be "example on Soundcloud". You can also get the cover art by
having a look at the JSON API and the avatar URL (see the
gpodder.plugins.soundcloud module in gPodder for an example, although you
should register your own API key for gpodder.net).
