It should be possible to enable/disable hook scripts in the GUI.
It should be possible to set hook specific settings in the GUI.
Maybe we should rename "hook" to "extension" with the GUI integration because
"extension" is more understandable for the end user.
Then we should consider to package the hook scripts/extensions for easy
installation or integrate them into the gPodder package/source
