Fetch a user's podcast subscriptions from gpodder.net with the following API
call:
http://gpodder.net/subscriptions/<username>.xml
There can be duplicate subscriptions in the resulting XML, even though the user
does not see any duplicates on any device nor on the gpodder.net website when
(s)he logs in and looks at the subscriptions.
One user that has (had) this kind of duplicates is "msjoberg".
