It would be useful and convenient to have some terse way to refer to channels
and episodes; typing out URLs take a while.
Some ideas:
- Allow prefix abbreviations, similar to gpo commands
- (Additionally) search for substrings (.*abc.*) and subsequences (a.*b.*c)
- Accept podcast/episode IDs (and show them with `list' and `info' somehow)
- Accept podcast IDs and `podcast_id:chonological_episode_index'
