For each podcast, there should be the possibility to set a specific "tunnel"
through which the podcast feed (and files) is/are downloaded.
At least the following methods should be supported:
* HTTP / HTTPS proxy: like the http_proxy env variable
* SOCKS5 proxy: so that it can work with "ssh -D" proxying
