             Bug #: 1599
Summary: Crashes or closes unexpectedly on AMD64
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: gPodder
           Version: 2.20
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: low
         Component: Application
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]

gPodder will start, hang a little, but then download my podcasts as
appropriate. It will hang a little the downloads have completed.

When running gPodder does what it's supposed to. However, it often closes
unexpectedly and I'm left having to restart the applications multiple times a
day! As I do not usually run it from the command line, I often don't see it
close as it usually does it without a warning. Occasionally, I do get an
apport notification that tells me the error can not be reported because gPodder
is using untracked libraries (or something like that). I do not have a screen
capture or the language to that pop up but I can add it later.

I don't know where gPodder's logs are stored but I did run it from command line
and, when it crashed, I got the following:

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
