Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Install gPodder on Windows
2. Plug in an extra monitor and drag gPodder on to that monitor.
3. Stop gPodder.
4. Unplug monitor.
5. Start gPodder
gPodder is off the screen when it starts and you can't see it without
maximimizing the window from the jump tag and then dragging it down.
