The documentation tells where the configuration file is on Unix but not on
Windows. I have tried but can't find a gpodder configuration file anywhere on
my machine. I also tried the graphical configuration editor, but it does not
contain the cmd_download_complete setting.
If it matters, I'm running gPodder in Python 2.7.2, and PyGTK is version 2.24.
