(Feature request at the end - Rant first)
I did an update on my Mint 10. I thought, oh great, a new version of gPodder.
It's been a long time since I've seen one of those. So, I go from 2.6 (I
believe) to 3.2.0 and gPodder wipes everything. All my RSS subscriptions are
GONE.
My Username doesn't seem to work on gPodder.net any more, and yet my ,org and
bug.gpodder.org logins are working fine. So, I guess at some stage you've
remove my account from gpodder.net (I had that set up to sync my gpodder feeds
(and wasn't being warned of any issues at any stage).
So, all I have to go on are the folders I have where my downloaded files used
to be saved bemire they're transfer to my MP3 player.
I'm trying to find them on gpodder.net but the search function SUCKS. Half of
the RSS feeds I do find don't freakin' work, and it's just so damned
SLOOOOOOOOOOOW.
I love your programme and th efforts you guys have gone to, and it's free, so I
should have no reason to complain, but I'm really NOT a HAPPY CHAPPY.
Surely, the upgrade could have at least created a backup OPML file? Something
which retained my RSS feeds. Why did they need to be wiped anyway? /rant
